Visiting with Family in the Okanagan  Dancing with Uncle Brian & Auntie Jessica in their fab media room.  Watering the plants with Uncle Brian.  Heading to the Beach...  Swimming with Auntie Jessica in Lake Kalamalka in Vernon, BC  The water is a bit chilly on first step, however very warm once in. At the end of our swim the water started to ripple, the wind picked up incredibly and soon followed by thunder, lightning and a torrential rain storm. My brother says they never get rain in the Okanagan and that it must be us Westcoasters who bring it to them when we visit. It rained almost every day on our visit, but we had a wonderful time nonetheless, it was so great to see my family as they live so far away now. Scarlett loved every minute! |
